#Safety First. Operating Guidelines.

Good Morning everyone! Sooo we have 3 days to go until we officially unlock our doors back open 🥳❤️ We can’t wait to see you all and get back to what we do best...As always you will recieve a 5* service and our sparkling personalities 🤣 However things in salon are different and we do have set guidelines to follow. Please read these below...

❤️If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of Covid-19 please rearrange your appointment. You will be turned away if when you arrive we feel you are unwell. Temperatures will be taken on arrival.

❤️We are now only working on appointment only basis. Strictly no walk ins

❤️All appointments are logged and details stored on our computers. To be used for track and trace.

❤️Covid forms will be sent out prior to arrival in salon via email

❤️We have split the staff into 2 teams to reduce salon congestion. Team A-Leigh Adelle Megan. Team B-Lauren Phoebe Emma.

❤️Arrive to your appointment at the exact time, please not early or late as we do not have a waiting area.

❤️On arrival you must sanitise using the pump provided on entry. Then put a mask on which we have provided. If you would prefer you can bring your own.

❤️P.P.E surcharge of £3 will be added to every client.

❤️We politely ask you to attend the salon alone, anyone without an appointment will be asked to wait outside.

❤️Children are permitted if they have an appointment only, if they need to be accompanied by an adult this can be 1 adult only. We kindly ask you do not bring children with you to an adult appointment.

❤️Please only bring necessary items with you into salon.

❤️Please use contactless payment where possible although we do accept cash still. Payments made via card machine or stripe(similar to PayPal)

❤️April’s annual price increase has been implemented.

❤️Magazines are not available in salon at the moment.

❤️Refreshments-At this moment in time we cannot provide hot drinks. Cold filtered water can be provided in a disposable beaker, or you may bring in your own. You are also welcome to bring any drinks/refreshments with you from home as long as you take it back with you.
