"Can I change my colour with a express root service?"
No sorry this is not a express root service service …. a colour change needs the attention of a stylist to carry out a full consultation and is certainly longer than the one hour express service.

"What length can my roots be or how long can I leave between root touch ups?"
1 inch or max. 6 weeks.

"If I’m a 1st time client can I use the express root service?"
Yes, but you must book in for a skin test/allergy test 48 hrs prior to your first express root service. Then we can match your roots to your existing hair colour, otherwise we'd recommend coming to the main salon first..

"Can you refresh my whole colour?"
We would love to, but the express root service is a maintenance only service.

"When can I book?"
Express Root Service can be booked On-Line, With Maddie.

"Can I upgrade for a blow-dry?"
Yes, we would love you to. Add the Blow-dry when booking on line.
