Additional Information in relation to your appointment.
If the current planned opening date has to be changed due to government instruction. All appointments from the 6.7.20 will be carried over to the new guideline date.
(our entire appointment book month on month will move forward in line with the amount of days lockdown is extended by)
For example: Mr Smith has an appointment for Tuesday 11am 7.7.20.
The 'new' opening date has moved on 2 weeks to Monday 20.7.20,
Therefore
Mr Smith's appointment is moved to Tuesday 21.7.20 at 11am.
Our entire team understands how desperate everyone is to have there hair cut, colour, all the treatments which you have been used to in the past.
Unfortunately the extremely popular Root Bar will not be a service which we will now be able to offer. All salon Visits will be by appointment only. However in this time of lockdown our staff have been consistently training, And you will still be able to receive a similar service that is pre bookable with Megan.
Megan will be available for pre booked Express Roots costing £19.50 (all skin testing and online consultation forms still apply for this service)
If you wish to enjoy a beverage in salon or read a magazine, we request that you bring your own flask, magazine etc. As we are not able to provide these for you due to the current circumstances.
Please note online booking are going very quickly now as we cannot book manually.
We have split the staff into 2 teams:
Team A: Leigh, Adelle and Megan.
Team B: Lauren, Phoebe and Emma.
This is to ensure we’re keeping the amount of people in salon to a minimum, and to ensure the salon is open 7 days a week, with the teams working shifts. Our hours have completely changed, and we feel like for the time being this is necessary to make everyone feel safe and for us all to maintain social distancing.
The units in salon have also undergone massive changes, so you will not be sat directly next to anyone else. We’re constantly thinking of everything behind the scenes at the moment and trying our best to put our clients needs first.
For quite a while our salon won’t be as we usually knew it, but we promise you the same professional friendly environment.
